Her passion for risk management is deeply personal, shaped by firsthand experience of the 1998 Katherine Flood, which cemented her belief in insurance as a safeguard for livelihoods.
Since July 2024, Kylie has served as Branch Manager of Insurance Brokers Darwin, leading a pivotal transformation that has unified the team, strengthened client relationships, filled key roles, and nurtured emerging talent all while driving sustained growth.
