Personal Accident – What Is Covered?

PSC Insurance has worked closely with Football NSW Futsal to design an Insurance Program that provides a comprehensive level of insurance cover to their members at the lowest possible cost per membership.

The Insurance Program has been specifically designed to cover all members, coaches, participants, officials, umpires and volunteers. It offers protection for Personal Accident and includes benefits for:

  • Non-Medicare Medical Expenses
  • Death and Permanent Disability
  • Student Assistance Benefits
  • Household Help Allowance
  • Parents Inconvenience Allowance

Please download and complete this document if you sustained an injury during the cover playing or training Futsal in a authorised game or training session.
